Ingrédients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to to taste
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour the heavy cream into the skillet, stirring to combine with the remaining garlic and butter.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt to taste. Stir until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat them well in the creamy garlic sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
