Ingrédients
- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add cubed chicken breast to the marinade and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken, zucchini, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and red onion onto skewers, alternating pieces.
- Grill the skewers for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional lemon juice if desired.
