Ingrédients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large large eggs
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups fresh cherries, pitted
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
- Powdered erythritol erythritol for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, almond milk, erythritol, vanilla extract, almond extract, and salt.
- Gradually add almond flour, whisking to avoid lumps, until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
- Scatter the pitted cherries evenly over the batter, and sprinkle the top with sliced almonds.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered erythritol if desired.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
