Cucumber Mint Tzatziki - Vegetarian

Ingrédients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 large cucumber, grated and drained
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Start by grating the cucumber and then squeezing out the excess water using a cheesecloth or a fine sieve.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, chopped mint, chopped dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Stir the mixture until all the ingredients are well incorporated and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
