- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup green lentils, rinsed
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the onion and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.

Add the kale, salt, and black pepper, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the kale is wilted.
Stir in the lemon juice and fresh parsley just before serving.
