1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 kiwis, kiwis, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/4 cup honey or agave syrup

4 cups cold water

Ice cubes, cubes, for serving

Strawberries and and kiwi slices, for garnish

Lemon slices, slices, for garnish

Mint leaves, leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a blender, add the strawberries, kiwis, lemon juice, and honey or agave syrup.
Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove any pulp and seeds.
Add the cold water to the pitcher and stir well to combine.
Taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or agave syrup.
