- 3 cups hominy, drained and rinsed
- 2 dried dried ancho chiles, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 lime, lime, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh jalapenos
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic, sauté until softened, about 4-5 minutes.
Add the pork shoulder and brown on all sides, about 6-8 minutes.
