Ingrédients
  

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 lemon, lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the chicken broth, dry white wine, and crushed red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
  • Reduce heat and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, stirring until melted and combined.
  • Return the shrimp to the skillet, stir in the lemon juice, and toss to coat.
  • Add the cooked linguine pasta to the skillet with the shrimp and sauce, tossing gently to combine.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
