Ingrédients
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon, lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken broth, dry white wine, and crushed red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, stirring until melted and combined.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet, stir in the lemon juice, and toss to coat.
- Add the cooked linguine pasta to the skillet with the shrimp and sauce, tossing gently to combine.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
