Ingrédients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond butter
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, pumpkin puree, honey or maple syrup, chopped walnuts, flaxseed meal, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, and ground cloves.
- Add the dried cranberries, vanilla extract, and almond butter to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to set.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
