Blueberry Yogurt Bites - Vegetarian
Blueberry Yogurt Bites offer a delectable and refreshing treat perfect for hot summer days. Each bite-sized morsel combines the creamy richness of Greek yogurt with the natural sweetness of fresh blueberries, balanced by a hint of honey and vanilla. Ingrédients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup granola
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Line a muffin tin with silicone muffin cups and evenly spoon the yogurt mixture into each cup.
- Sprinkle granola over the top of the yogurt mixture for an added crunch.
- Place the muffin tin in the freezer and let it set for at least 2 hours or until fully frozen.
- Once frozen, remove the yogurt bites from the silicone cups and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for later enjoyment.
