Ingrédients
- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 cup tomato, diced
- 1 medium medium red onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium medium jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 medium medium avocados, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Chop the raw shrimp into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.
- Pour the lime and lemon juice over the shrimp, ensuring all pieces are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until the shrimp turns opaque.
- Add the tomato, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to the shrimp mixture. Stir to combine.
- Gently fold in the diced avocados, being careful not to mash them.
- Season with salt and black pepper, then drizzle olive oil over the top.
- Mix everything gently and serve chilled.
