Sesame Ginger Baked Tofu - Vegan

Ingrédients
- 1 lb tofu, extra firm
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1-inch cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and minced garlic.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade, gently tossing to coat them evenly.
- Let the tofu marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 1 hour for more flavor.
- Spread the marinated tofu cubes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the tofu.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning the tofu halfway through, until they are golden and crispy on the edges.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
