Ingrédients
- 4 medium chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika to make the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
