Ingrédients
- 4 salmon salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the lemon dill mixture generously over each salmon fillet.
- Arrange the broccoli florets around the salmon fillets on the baking sheet.
- Dot the broccoli with small pieces of butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with additional fresh dill before serving, if desired.
