Ingrédients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound sausage, sliced
- 1 large cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sausage slices and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the onion and cook until slightly softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the shredded cabbage, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until the cabbage starts to wilt, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the apple cider vinegar and chicken broth. Cook until the cabbage is tender and most of the liquid has evaporated, about 10 minutes.
- Return the sausage to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
