Ingrédients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, 1 cup peanut butter, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter together, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until the bars are firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
