Ingrédients
- 1 lb sausage, sliced
- 4 cups cabbage, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt to to taste
- Black pepper pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until it begins to soften, about 5-7 minutes.
- Return the browned sausage to the skillet. Add smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes, until all the flavors meld together.
