Ingrédients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 zucchini, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 1 yellow squash, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsafari vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Thread the red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, zucchini, yellow squash, cherry tomatoes, and red onion onto the skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
