Ingrédients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 packet packet taco seasoning mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 10 hard hard taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon as it cooks, about 7-10 minutes.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning mix over the cooked beef and add water.
- Stir well and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and beef is well coated.
- Remove the skillet from heat.
- Warm the hard taco shells according to package instructions.
- Fill each taco shell with seasoned beef.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and salsa.
