Ingrédients
- 2 large avocados
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 medium lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 medium jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork until smooth, leaving some chunks for texture.
- Add the chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, Greek yogurt, jalapeno, and red onion to the bowl.
