- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour

- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, whole wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and applesauce until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
