Ingrédients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading to about 1/4-inch thickness.
- Sprinkle raspberries, chopped pistachios, chia seeds, and shredded coconut evenly over the top of the yogurt.
- Gently press the toppings into the yogurt layer.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until the yogurt is firm.
- Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces.
- Store the bark in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
