Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.

- In another bowl, whisk together the unsweetened applesauce, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.

- In a saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium heat until warm.
