Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 8-inch round cake pans.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and granulated erythritol until fluffy.
- Add the almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the egg mixture, stirring until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until well incorporated.
- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
