Ingrédients
- 4 medium pears, ripe yet firm
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup almond meal
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 pre-made pre-made tart crust
- Almond slices for garnish
- Powdered sugar sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and core the pears. Cut each pear into thin slices.
- In a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, honey, and cinnamon. Toss the pears in this mixture until well coated.
- Arrange the pear slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
- While the pears are roasting, prepare the almond filling. In a medium bowl, mix together the almond meal, all-purpose flour, melted butter, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and egg until well combined.
- Fill the pre-made tart crust with the almond filling, spreading it evenly.
- Once the pears are roasted, arrange them in a decorative pattern on top of the almond filling.
- Bake the tart in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
- Allow the tart to cool completely before garnishing with almond slices and a light dusting of powdered sugar, if desired.
