Ingrédients
- 2 large ripe mangoes
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Peel and slice the mangoes into thick strips, discarding the pit.
- In a small bowl, mix together the honey, lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, and salt until well combined.
- Brush the mango slices with half of the syrup mixture.
- Place the mango slices on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the mango becomes slightly caramelized.
- Remove from the grill and drizzle with the remaining chili-lime syrup.
