The Dulce de Leche Panna Cotta brings together the lush, creamy texture of a classic panna cotta with the rich, deep flavors of dulce de leche. This dessert is an indulgence that balances sweetness with a velvety smooth sensation, creating a delightful experience with every bite.
Ingrédients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup dulce de leche
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons powdered gelatin
- 3 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
- In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and whole milk over medium heat until it starts to simmer, but not boil.
- Whisk in the dulce de leche until fully dissolved and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into ramekins or serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Before serving, drizzle extra dulce de leche or caramel sauce over the top.
