Ingrédients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 ladyfingers ladyfingers
- 1/2 cup blueberry jam
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the blueberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice.
- Cook over medium heat until the blueberries break down and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes. Let it cool.
- In a bowl, beat together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
- Dip the ladyfingers briefly into the cooled blueberry syrup.
- In a serving dish, arrange half of the soaked ladyfingers in a single layer.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and add a layer of blueberry jam.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and blueberry jam.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
