Ingrédients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 banana, banana, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of of salt
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
Instructions
- In a medium bowl or jar, combine the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Seal the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If they seem too thick, add a splash of almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Top with sliced banana and sliced almonds before serving.
