Ingrédients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon erythritol (or preferred keto-friendly sweetener)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for 5-6 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, erythritol, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Return the beef to the skillet and pour the soy sauce mixture over the beef and broccoli.
- Stir-fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened and evenly coats the beef and broccoli.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
