Coconut Date Balls - Gluten Free
Tropical Coconut Bliss Balls are the perfect blend of natural sweetness and tropical flavor. Featuring a blend of pitted dates, shredded coconut, and almond flour, these no-bake snacks are not only delicious but also incredibly easy to prepare. Ingrédients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of of salt
Instructions
- Place the pitted dates in a food processor and pulse until they form a sticky paste.
- Add the shredded coconut, almond flour, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt to the food processor.
- Pulse until the mixture is well combined and forms a dough-like consistency.
- Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it between your palms to form a ball.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture to make approximately 12 balls.
- Optional: Roll the balls in extra shredded coconut for a final touch.
- Refrigerate the coconut date balls for at least 30 minutes before serving, to allow them to firm up.
