Ingrédients
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried raspberries
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- a pinch pinch of sea salt
- extra shredded shredded coconut for rolling
Instructions
- Place the almonds in a food processor and pulse until they are finely ground.
- Add the Medjool dates, shredded coconut, freeze-dried raspberries, maple syrup, vanilla extract, coconut oil, and sea salt. Blend until the mixture becomes a sticky dough.
- Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it between your hands to form a ball.
- Roll each ball in the extra shredded coconut until evenly coated.
- Place the bliss balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up before serving.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
