Ingrédients
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
- In a small bowl, mix together the hot sauce and fresh lemon juice.
- Drizzle the hot sauce mixture over the roasted cauliflower, tossing to coat evenly.
- Return the cauliflower to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to set the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
