Ingrédients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 20 large white mushrooms, stems removed
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, parsley, dill, chives, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the yogurt and herb mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the stuffed mushrooms.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
- Allow the mushrooms to cool for a few minutes before serving.
