Mini Taco Cups with Guacamole and Salsa - Gluten Free
Turn your appetizer game up a notch with these Mini Taco Cups with Guacamole and Salsa! These bite-sized delights pack all the flavors of a traditional taco into a fun and crispy wonton shell. With seasoned ground beef, tangy salsa, rich guacamole, and a touch of sour cream, each mini taco is a burst of Mexican-inspired flavor.
Ingrédients
- 12 wonton wonton wrappers
- 1 cup ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 small small lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and press a wonton wrapper into each cup to form small shells.
- Bake the wonton wrappers for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and let them cool.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spoon while cooking. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning to the ground beef and stir until well combined. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the seasoned beef mixture into each wonton cup.
- Top the beef with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add a dollop of guacamole, a spoonful of salsa, and a small dollop of sour cream on top of each taco cup.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice before serving.
