Ingrédients
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 package package frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 1 large egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, cream cheese, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut each sheet into nine squares.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach and cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the squares over to form triangles and press the edges with a fork to seal them.
- Transfer the turnovers to the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the turnovers are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
