Ingrédients
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 ounces ounces fresh mozzarella balls, halved
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1 large pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough onto a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness.
- Use a cookie cutter or glass to cut out mini pizza rounds from the dough.
- Place the mini pizza rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush each round with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the dough is cooked through.
