Ingrédients
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 can coconut milk (13.5 oz)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple chunks, coconut milk, honey (or agave syrup), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in the chia seeds gently to avoid breaking them up.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion.
- Insert the popsicle sticks and place the molds in the freezer.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
- To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds, then gently pull out each popsicle.
