Chocolate Covered Pretzels - Vegetarian

Each crispy pretzel stick is half-dipped in smooth semi-sweet chocolate, optionally adorned with a drizzle of white chocolate and a dash of colorful sprinkles, providing a visually stunning snack that's equally delightful in taste.
Ingrédients
- 2 cups pretzel sticks
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted (optional for drizzling)
- 1/4 cup assorted sprinkles (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped semi-sweet chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Dip each pretzel stick halfway into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place the dipped pretzels onto the prepared baking sheet.
- If desired, drizzle melted white chocolate over the dipped pretzels and sprinkle with assorted sprinkles.
- Refrigerate the pretzels for about 15 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
- Once the chocolate has hardened, remove the pretzels from the refrigerator and transfer them to an airtight container for storage.
