Ingrédients
- 4 salmon salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon, lemon, sliced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Set aside.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the salmon fillets, skin-side down, and sear for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the salmon fillets and add the butter, garlic, and thyme to the skillet.
