Ingrédients
- 1,5 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, diced
- 4 medium apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, 1 tablespoon coconut sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutog. Blend in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press two-thirds of the crumb mixture into the bottom of greased mini tart panss.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
