Ingrédients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey

- 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup granola, optional
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
- Gently fold in the raspberries, being careful not to crush them completely to maintain some texture.
- Line a muffin tin with silicone or paper liners.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture into each liner, filling them about halfway.
- Sprinkle the tops with sliced almonds, chia seeds, and granola if using.
- Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt bites are completely frozen.
- Once frozen, remove the bites from the liners and store them in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
