Ingrédients
- 1 cup dried blueberries
- 1 cup shredded coconut, plus extra for rolling
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the dried blueberries until they are finely chopped.
- Add the shredded coconut, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the food processor.
- Blend until the mixture is well combined and forms a thick, sticky dough.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
- Coat each ball with extra shredded coconut by rolling them gently in a small bowl of coconut.
- Place the bliss balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
