Vegan Creamy Cauliflower and Kale Soup with Nutritional Yeast - Vegan
The Velvety Cauliflower-Kale Nutritional Yeast Soup is a luxurious, creamy blend that is both comforting and nourishing. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced onion for about 5 minutes, until translucent.

Add the chopped cauliflower and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender.

Return the soup to the pot and stir in the almond milk, nutritional yeast, sea salt, black pepper, and nutmeg. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
