- 8 oz vegan dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped vegan dark chocolate and coconut oil.
Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
