Ingrédients
  

  • 2 large salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 garlic garlic clove, minced
  • 1-inch piece piece ginger, grated
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 avocado, avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 green green onions, sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well to create the teriyaki sauce.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the teriyaki sauce over them. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated salmon fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through and has a nice glaze.
  • In a serving bowl, assemble your cooked jasmine rice, steamed broccoli, shredded carrots, and sliced avocado.
  • Place the cooked teriyaki salmon fillet on top of the bowl.
  • Drizzle the remaining teriyaki sauce over the bowl.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
