- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
While the cauliflower is roasting, prepare the tahini sauce by whisking together the tahini, water, lemon juice, maple syrup, and minced garlic in a bowl until smooth.
