- 1 cup mashed butternut squash
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the butternut squash, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended.
