- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green green onions, finely chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Slice the eggplants in half lengthwise and score the flesh in a crisscross pattern without cutting through the skin.
